Manager - Marketing - Air Ticketing (5-9 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to promote Hoi platform, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
- Drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention through effective online and offline marketing campaigns. Identify and test new channels to continue to meet or exceed established critical metrics.
- Create and manage marketing budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
- Identify target audiences and develop tailored marketing messages and campaigns to effectively reach and engage them.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate marketing campaign effectiveness and incorporate the learnings in the strategy.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as product, design, and content, to ensure consistent brand messaging and user experience across all marketing channels.
- Work closely with external agencies, such as creative agencies, media buyers etc. to plan and execute marketing initiatives.
- Oversee the development and production of marketing materials, including advertisements, brochures, website content, and social media assets.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging marketing channels and technologies, and incorporate them into the marketing strategy as appropriate.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and develop strategies to differentiate our platform in the marketplace.
- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing regular updates to the management team.
Requirements :
- At least 5 years of experience in marketing for B2C business
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Experience in managing online advertising campaigns, including Google AdWords, social media advertising, and programmatic advertising.
- Proficient in using marketing analytics tools to measure and optimize campaign performance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling marketing messages and presentations.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Creative thinker with a strong analytical mindset and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
