Marketing Manager - Agriculture / Food
Reporting to : CEO
- Would be coordinating with all departments within the company and group as needed
Job Functions :
A) Alignment with the internal team :
- Take inputs from Production team and develop the marketing plan aligned with the organisation's vision.
- Analyse/ Identify/ various vendors/channel partners/ Collaborators
- Drafting of proposals
B) Strategic tie ups :
- Strategic tie ups with Fruit & Vegetables/ Diary/Aromatics/Spices processors
- Will be responsible for doing partnership & Joint ventures
- Will also be responsible for business development
C) Conceptualizing, Brand building and Liaising :
- Conceptualize, strategize and set up a marketing plan for the organisation to establish future linkages for our products and products
- Brand, Advertise and create workable marketing plans for individual products and the entire bouquet of offerings
- Responsible for budgets and all business development activities both domestic and international.
- Negotiate, create partners and contracts as needed to ensure marketing plans are fulfilled. This will be for both Raw and Value added produce / products
Additional Specification for the Job :
- Education & Qualification: Graduation/ Post Graduation in Business/Marketing/ or related field.
Technical Skills :
- Must have experience in developing new markets across locations and geographies, developing individual brands and creating marketing plans for the entire range of products.
- Experience in Fruits and Vegetables/ Diary/Spices/Aromatics - industry is an added advantage
