Job Description: Marketing Manager
Location: Ahmedabad
Experience: 5-8 years
About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Manager who can drive marketing efforts holistically for both Accounting & Advisory Services and IT Solutions & Services. The ideal candidate should be able to analyze business needs, identify market opportunities, strategize, and execute marketing plans across multiple channels - both online and offline.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market Analysis & Strategy Development
- Identify target markets and segments for both businesses.
- Conduct competitor analysis and market research.
- Develop and execute a data-driven marketing strategy.
- Marketing Execution (Online & Offline)
- Leverage SEO, Google Ads, LinkedIn marketing, and social media to generate leads.
- Develop email marketing campaigns targeting potential clients.
- Create and manage marketing content (blogs, whitepapers, brochures, case studies).
- Explore print media, trade shows, industry events, and roadshows for B2B outreach.
- Work with media agencies, designers, and vendors to create marketing collateral.
- Branding & Awareness
- Develop company branding guidelines and ensure brand consistency.
- Engage in PR, media outreach, and offline marketing campaigns.
- Lead Generation & Business Development Support
- Work closely with sales teams to generate high-quality leads.
- Develop marketing automation & CRM strategies to nurture prospects.
- Implement referral programs and partnerships for business growth.
- Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Track campaign performance, optimize strategies, and report on KPIs.
- Develop marketing dashboards to measure ROI.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 5-8 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in IT Services and/or Professional Services.
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, LinkedIn, PPC, and content marketing.
- Experience with traditional marketing (print, events, offline campaigns).
- Ability to create marketing strategies tailored for different geographies (UAE, India, GCC, etc.).
- Hands-on execution experience (not just strategy) - should be able to execute campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills and experience using marketing tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
- Willingness to travel and be on the field for on-ground marketing efforts if required.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/Master's in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Experience working with international markets, especially Middle East/GCC region.
- Knowledge of financial services, accounting, or IT industry trends would be a plus.
