Job Description :
- An effective communicator & Leader, motivational skills and keen understanding of market conditions by conducting competitor analysis.
- Responsible for Dealer / Sub-Dealers network, expanding the present network, of the dealers and distributors, relation management with dealers & sub-dealers.
- Plan, organize & implement promotional programs and strategies to improve the product awareness and brand visibility.
- Exploring new market segment and identification of potential buyers and their Development.
- Providing Technical assistance to end users on usage of products.
- Regular visits in the whole region to facilitate executives, interaction with dealers & channel partners in Rajasthan.
- Preparation of new schemes & plannings and setting applicators to develop markets.
- Motivate sales & marketing team and imparting training to create awareness on products to enhance performance and increase efficiency etc.
