Manager - Marketing (6-8 yrs)
Responsibilities:
As a Marketing Manager, you will lead the development and optimization of marketing capabilities within our organization.
- This role requires a strategic and innovative thinker with a deep understanding of marketing technologies, processes, and best practices.
- You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement marketing strategies and capabilities that drive business growth.
- Should possess a passion for engaging with customers, have good interpersonal skills, and great communication.
- Should have good experience in Paid and Organic Lead Generation (Set Strategy and Implement)
- Should be well-versed in graphic designing (Setting up campaigns in software like Adobe)
- Proven Experience working with CRM (such as HubSpot etc.) setting up Newsletters and Marketing Funnels.
- Responsible for coordinating activities with other companies in Marketing to effectively reach out to decision-makers.
- Responsible for all forms of demand generation activity- Cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn social media, events, seminars, referrals, web leads, and other forms of Lead Generation.
- Responsible for reaching out to targeted companies' decision makers to influence, and work with potential targets to match the requirement/capability & and set up qualified meetings.
- High level of attention to detail, including data accuracy and documentation/presentation preparation with high quality.
- Should be highly self-motivated and positive and possess a pleasing attitude.
- Experience in B2B & meet the clients & explore more opportunities.
- Experience in Accounts Executive (Client Acquisition, Client Relationship Management, Sales presentation & and proposal, Continuous Learning)
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other marketing-related tools.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
