Manager - Marketing (5-9 yrs)
- Understand the sales objectives of the dealership and communicate the marketing needs accordingly.
- Plan marketing activities based on the needs of market +organization
- Keep the dealership abreast of competitor marketing activities
- Plan the marketing calendar including budgeting as per MBIL guidelines and directives.
- Timely feedback on the execution of marketing activities
- Be a one point of contact between the dealership and MBIL regarding all aspects of marketing
- Regular communication with MBIL marketing team for all aspects of marketing and CRM activities at dealership level.
- Sharing of quarterly and monthly marketing plans as per the formats and timelines communicated by MBIL.
- Discuss and obtain approvals on marketing plans prior to execution.
- Approvals on the ideas/ creatives. Adherence to MBIL CI guidelines.
- Regular feedbacks on the dealership and competitor activities.
- Quarterly marketing reports/claims including planned - actual - expenditure - post activity evaluations.
- Sharing of information and ideas to promote Mercedes Benz products.
