Manager - Marketing (5-8 yrs)
Job Description :
- We seek an experienced and results-driven Marketing Manager to oversee the end-to-end marketing activities . As the Marketing Manager, you will develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention through online and offline channels.
- Additionally, you will collaborate with external agencies to support the marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, excellent communication skills, and a passion for B2C tech-driven business.
Key Responsibilities
- Focus on four key areas of the product & business :
- Acquisition
- Activation
- Retention
- Referral
- (Not all stages would be focused on simultaneously, but experience and knowledge about each of these areas is required.)
- Be responsible for the KPIs when it comes to each of the above areas
- CAC, Conversion rates, Download rates (for acquisition)
- Focused & Blended Conversion rates, MAU, DAU (for activation)
- Efficacy of Communication, NPS (for retention)
- Referral Rates (for Referral)
- Have a deep understanding of the following topics -
- App Store Optimization
- Google Keyword Planner
- Google Analytics
- Communication Engines
- Customer Data Platforms (CDP)
- Own the data and analysis of data when it comes to all things marketing & marketing campaigns
Good to Haves :
- Understanding of offline marketing & tracking
- Travel / Lifestyle industry experience
- Experience having worked closely with product, design & partnership teams
- No code tools for growth hacking
- Prior knowledge of running programmatic advertising on digital channels
- Experience working with creative and media buying agencies
- Good aesthetic sense for collateral and ad design
- Strong communication skills for managing upward & sideward communication
Requirements
Qualification:
A Bachelor's/Masters degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
- At least five years of experience in marketing for B2C business
