Responsibilities :
Brand development :
- Support definition of brand vision and brand purpose for users and business customers and link to operating plans of the businesses to ensure successful execution
- Build both consumer brand strategy and business brand strategy
- Brand guidelines and governance
Drive and support user acquisition, customer insight & engagement
- Drive user acquisition across the marketing mix including Brand, Performance, CRM and Social channels
- Develop and deploy CRM programs to drive active user engagement
- Understand user behaviors and desired customer needs
- Manage econometric modeling and use maximize ROI marketing efficacy Drive and support PR & Communications
- Build and execute PR and & Communications strategy in line with business objectives
- Map and manage key stakeholders effectively, building positive relationships that build reputation - Oversee key internal and external communications to users, customers and key stakeholders
Manage projects :
- Drive the building of the website and app together with the Tech teams
- Manage key external partnerships and vendor/ supplier relationships
- Interface with key stakeholders and strategic partners marketing and corporate communications departments
Qualifications :
- Hands-on experience in a Marketing Management role spanning the digital media space with hands on experience in platforms such as CMS and CRM systems
- Along with your digital background you also have a flair for creativity and ability to create a true brand image
- You have experience in supporting senior management to build the marketing function
- You had responsibility over marketing spend
- You have grown and supported cross market marketing or branding teams in high growth global organizations
- You are not afraid to challenge, deep dive and roll up your sleeves to get the best job done - Team management and strong stakeholder management is a must
- Commercial ability and mindset with all marketing strategies
