Job Summary:

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our design and development services. This role requires a creative and analytical mindset to identify market trends, generate leads, and enhance our brand presence.

Location- Hyderabad


Key Responsibilities:

- Build and lead the marketing initiative and strategy at Byteridge.

- Foster strong working relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure that Byteridge becomes a trusted partner and a long-time advisor for their requirements.

- Implement targeted marketing campaigns in order to increase brand awareness and conversion cycle by working closely with the Key Account Managers.

- Generate leads by devising and executing multi-channel campaigns across mail, social media, webinars, workshops, etc. The candidate would also be responsible for conducting outreach activities in terms of attending networking events, and reaching out to prospective clients via cold calls, cold emails, etc.

- Enhance Byteridge's positioning by creating unique value propositions & elevator pitches for differentiated communication with clients & influencers, especially including service offering content on the website, Blogs, POCs, Case Studies, Videos etc.

- Manage Byteridge's participation in industry events end-to-end that includes brand visibility, engagement and lead generation strategies, theme, message, communications, design, and vendor interactions.

- Coordinating with internal and external content writers and designers.

Running paid ads on Google (Search Engine Marketing), and social media platforms such as LinkedIn.

- Employer branding internally within the organisation and externally to the talent pool. Past exposure to employer branding initiatives is an advantage.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing along with MBA (preferred).

- 6 to 10 years experience in the software industry; Prior Business marketing experience required.

- Exceptional written, content development, presentation, and oral communication skills.
