Manager - Marketing (5-10 yrs)
Our Client is looking for Marketing Manager specialized in digital marketing with expertise into strategizing various marketing activities for existing products as well as newly launched products.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Prepare compliance to all objectives related to the business development and make sure that they work in favor with all types of assigned markets.
- Develop and implement all product development programs for various markets. Plan for a sales development program for suppliers and customers.
- Developing marketing campaigns, promotional activities
- Conducting research and analyzing data to identify and define audiences
- Devising and presenting ideas and strategies
- Compiling and distributing financial and statistical information
- Writing and proofreading technical literature for brochures etc
- Maintaining websites and looking at data analytics
- Organizing online webinars, events, and product exhibitions
- Updating databases and using a customer relationship management (CRM) system
- Coordinating internal marketing and an organization's culture
- Monitoring performance
- Managing campaigns on social media.
- Design various marketing strategies and implement them to administer all communication programs for markets and ensure that they are beneficial in generating profit by fulfilling the business objectives.
- Supervise all the collaterals of marketing and collaborate with the sales department to assist the customers' response
- Participate and provide assistance to all new product launches and their releases for both external and internal markets, stay updated and acknowledged with the marketing strategies of the competitors, work with an objective to adhere customer requirement, etc.
- Coordinate with the sales team and product owners to ensure compliance to all needs of the clients; manage all communication related tasks such as target media outreach and press releases.
- Manage budgets, measure success, manage agencies, ensure timely delivery, approve product designs, make customer targeted decisions, build a good rapport with the customer by providing quality service, understand potential and current customers and management along with marketing, etc.
- Responsible for direct marketing activities and generating enquiries through various sources like mailers, online portals, website, social media, telephone calls, introduction letters etc.
- Proper Lead management and follow up with internal and external customers till the realization of order.
- Generation of leads using traditional and digital marketing channels and website traffic diversion using traditional.
Eligibility :
- Minimum Experience of 5-6 years in marketing of industrial products and services.
- Diploma or Degree in Electronics/ Instrumentation. MBA Marketing will be desirable.
