Manager - Marketing (4-8 yrs)
The Marketing Manager will be instrumental in shaping and executing marketing strategies that elevate our brand and attract potential clients. This role requires expertise in both Above-The-Line (ATL) and Below-The-Line (BTL) marketing tactics, a deep understanding of the real estate market, and the ability to lead a team towards achieving strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that integrate both ATL and BTL approaches to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and sales growth.
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify new opportunities and optimize marketing efforts.
ATL Marketing:
- Manage and execute ATL campaigns across various channels including television, radio, print media, and digital advertising.
- Collaborate with advertising agencies, media partners, and creative teams to ensure impactful campaign delivery and brand consistency.
BTL Marketing:
- Plan and oversee BTL marketing initiatives such as direct mail, events, sponsorships, and experiential marketing activities.
- Develop targeted campaigns and materials aimed at specific customer segments to drive engagement and conversion.
Digital Marketing:
Lead digital marketing strategies encompassing SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, and email campaigns.
Analyze digital performance metrics, refine strategies, and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI.
Brand Management:
- Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing channels and materials.
- Maintain and enforce brand guidelines to ensure a unified brand presence.
Budget Management:
- Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and adherence to financial targets.
- Monitor and report on marketing expenditures and return on investment.
Team Leadership:
- Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including sales, development, and customer service, to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with a strong background in both ATL and BTL strategies, preferably within the real estate sector.
- Proven experience in managing integrated marketing campaigns and leveraging digital marketing channels.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical abilities with a track record of making data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in marketing software, CRM systems, and analytics tools.
- Creative and strategic thinker with a results-oriented approach.
