Marketing Manager Job Description

Years of experience: 5 - 8 years

Responsibilities :

- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies and objectives for our Products Portfolio

- Perform extensive marketing research for the our Products in the market to generate potential leads

- Collaborate with the US Marketing and Internal Business Development Teams to follow all our corporate identity standards.

- Work with the India Sales Team Head and the USA counterpart.

- Ensure that all marketing material, social media, and campaigns follow the our branding and corporate identity.

- Preparing marketing materials such as brochures, pamphlets, and others by coordinating with the Course Development Director/Manager for any assistance needed from the Graphics team members within the company.

- Creating marketing campaigns to promote the company's products and services.

- Exploring various advertising opportunities.

- Monitoring marketing activities and improving their performance.

- Develop marketing reports every month and present them to the respective managers.

- Attend brainstorming sessions, daily standups, regular meetings, and client meetings.

- Assisting in hiring and training marketing staff if required.

- Preparing marketing budget and financial strategies according to the organization's goals.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.

- Working experience as a Marketing Executive, Marketing Assistant, or a similar role in the Marketing department

- Experience in working with the B2B sector in Manufacturing sector is highly preferred

- Strong working experience in strategic marketing planning.

- Proficiency in marketing software and MS Office tools.

- Hands-on experience with social media platforms such as YouTube, LinkedIn, and Twitter.

- Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks.

- Outstanding analytical, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

- Excellent networking skills.

- Strong work ethic.

- Exceptional oral and written communication skills.

- Ability to work in a team or individually as and when required.

- Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks.

- Outstanding problem-solving skills.
