Manager - Marketing (4-8 yrs)
- Develop strategies and tactics to get the word out about our company to existing & new customers and drive qualified traffic to our website/company focusing on lead generation.
- Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution
- Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels like content creation, pay-per-click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, performance analysis
- Produce valuable and engaging content for our website and blog that attracts and converts our target groups
- Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies, and vendors
- Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds wisely
- Oversee and approve marketing material, from website banners to hard-copy brochures, website content and press releases, case studies etc.
- Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight, and assess against goals
- Analyze consumer behavior and adjust email and advertising campaigns accordingly
- Work closely with the planning, and sales team to create the growth strategy for the brand.
- Creating/Managing Search Campaigns, Traffic/Conversion Campaigns & Lead Generation campaigns on Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads & Display Networks
- Work Closely with the social media team & ensure to smooth execution of the social media Calendars
- Execute effective digital media campaigns on platforms including but not limited to Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Youtube Ads, Display, Video, Re-marketing, Branding, Affiliates, etc.
- Working on presentation/analytics and weekly/daily updates.
- Industry exposure in running PPC, Affiliates, and Display campaigns focusing on lead generation.
- Thorough understanding and hands-on experience with social media metrics.
- Managing & Training Marketing team & to get the best out of them to achieve their goals
