Manager - Marketing (4-8 yrs)
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and explore new martech tools to identify, retarget audience and drive business (new acquisitions, cross selling insurance & top up & retention) using various tools, such as netcore (email, SMS, whatsapp), digital, captive sources, etc.
- Leveraging captive digital platforms for business generation
- Using Builder, DSA and BA network for business sourcing, creating customised customer journeys and obtained desired ROI for new acquisitions
- Enhance PPC, maximising revenue per customer, purely through digital channels and customer journeys (identifying customer needs basis the lifecycle and mapping custom product offerings)
- Creating seamless digital environment between Developer network for lead generation, mapping and closure
- Liasoning with Digital strategy, data analytics & product teams for creation of journeys and managing them end to end
- Running digital campaigns using predictive analysis, understanding his behavior for customer retention
- Work closely with other marketing sub departments and engage with relevant external stakeholders for business
- Understand proper audience management and prioritizing experiences with segment population cross-over
