Job Description :

Reporting to the Managing Director, you will be responsible to:

Brand Positioning and Promotion

- Sharpening the positioning, strategize and execute campaigns to create a distinct mind space among the TG, and help the company become India's most admired young brand in its category.

- Generate revenue in your area of specialization in a target driven environment.

- Website management.

- Copywriting and content management.

- Data analytics.

- PR and corporate communications.

- Expertise in Ad words, GDN, Facebook advertising, Instagram advertising, YouTube advertising, affiliate marketing, retargeting networks, web tracking.

Lead Generation

- Increasing website traction through impeccable SEO/SCM strategies.

- Owning all performance related digital marketing channels

- Devising and executing strategies to minimize CAC and maximize + revenue run-rate

- Using data driven insights to enhance campaign performance

- Developing and executing innovative strategies for consumer acquisition

- Experimenting A/B Testing on campaigns, messaging and targeting to increase ROI

- Updating daily internal reports for tracking by various teams.

Self & Team Development

- Keep abreast with the latest market and industry trends.

- Closely learn and work with Team lead and draft your own progression graph.

- Identify areas of improvement and training needs if any and strive to exceed the benchmarks

- Track your KPI's and KRA's regularly

- Playing a crucial role in building and supporting the team within the vertical and organization.

- Contributing in training subordinates and associates.

Administration :

- Adhere to the compliances & Policies set in place by the company.

- Keep your CRM updated and readily available for report analysis at any point in time.

- Maintain accurate and well- ordered documentation on all candidates

- Not limiting the job profile just to above mentioned responsibilities, but readily accept additional tasks as and when assigned by management within the scope of work.

The Successful Candidate

Whilst there are NO set-in-stone rules as to who can be successful in our company, generally you- ll have an excellent opportunity to succeed if you can answer - YES- to the following questions:

- 4+ years of experience in marketing and branding

- A dynamic and agile person with ability to work in hustling fast-paced aggressive environment

- A creative individual with clutter breaking campaign ideas to improve KPIs

- A data driven person to analyze data, identify learnings, and leverage them on campaigns

- Experience in optimizing landing and user funnels and understanding of SEO

- Experience in running campaigns on Amazon would be an advantage

- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with design and copy teams on creatives
