Position Overview: The Marketing Strategist will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing comprehensive marketing strategies. This role requires a deep understanding of market trends, audience insights, and digital marketing tactics. The ideal candidate is analytical, creative, and adept at turning data-driven insights into actionable plans that contribute to our business goals.

What will your day look like?

- Develop and execute high-impact, data-driven marketing strategies across digital and traditional channels.

- Conduct thorough market research to identify industry trends, consumer behavior, and competitor insights to guide marketing initiatives.

- Design and oversee integrated marketing campaigns that align with brand objectives, targeting the right audience with compelling message

- Work closely with creative, content, and product teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging and alignment across channels.

- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, adjusting strategies and tactics to enhance effectiveness and ROI.

What are we looking for?

- 4-5 years of experience in marketing strategy, with a focus on digital marketing, campaign planning, and market research.

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

- Excellent communication, project management, and collaboration skills.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
