Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead and execute our marketing strategies. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing plans that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth across all product lines.

This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of digital and traditional marketing channels, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead a team.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy Development:

- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.

- Conduct market research to identify opportunities for growth, understand customer needs, and analyze competitive positioning.

- Work closely with the sales team to create marketing plans that support lead generation, customer acquisition, and retention efforts.

Brand Management:

- Oversee brand positioning, ensuring consistent messaging and visual identity across all marketing channels.

- Manage the development and execution of branding initiatives, including advertising campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities.

- Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency in all marketing communications.

Digital Marketing :

- Lead digital marketing efforts, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, content marketing, and online advertising.

- Analyze and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

- Manage the company's website, ensuring it is optimized for search engines, user experience, and lead generation.

Content Creation and Management :

- Oversee the creation of high-quality content, including blog posts, white papers, case studies, videos, and infographics.

- Collaborate with the product management and sales teams to create compelling content that resonates with target audiences.

- Manage the company's content calendar, ensuring timely and relevant content

delivery.

Event Management :

- Plan and execute marketing events, including trade shows, webinars, conferences, and customer events.

- Work with internal teams and external vendors to ensure successful event planning, promotion, and execution.

- Measure and report on the effectiveness of events, including lead generation and ROI.


Marketing Analytics and Reporting :

- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, using data to make informed decisions.

- Prepare regular reports on marketing activities, performance metrics, and ROI for the executive team.

- Utilize analytics tools to track customer behavior, campaign performance, and market trends.

Team Leadership :

- Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve team objectives.

- Foster a collaborative and creative work environment, encouraging innovation and continuous improvement.

- Set clear goals and KPIs for the marketing team, regularly reviewing performance and providing feedback.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or an advanced degree is preferred.

Experience :


- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in marketing roles, with at least 3 years in a managerial position.

- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive business growth.

- Experience in the technology or display products industry is highly desirable.

Skills:

- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate marketing strategies and results to stakeholders.

- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, tools, and best practices.

- Proficiency in marketing analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar platforms.

- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
