Job Description :-
We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing strategies for our IT business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and implementing campaigns to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and business growth.
Key Responsibilities :-
- Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, PPC, and social media marketing.
- Drive lead generation efforts through various online and offline channels.
- Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
- Analyze marketing trends and optimize campaigns for better performance.
- Oversee content creation, branding, and messaging consistency across platforms.
- Manage relationships with vendors, agencies, and other external partners.
- Track KPIs and ROI using marketing analytics tools and prepare performance reports.
Requirements :-
- Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the IT industry.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, lead generation, and brand positioning.
- Experience with Google Ads, social media marketing, SEO, and email marketing.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
