Job description :
- As a Marketing Manager, you will b e responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive lead generation, brand awareness, and customer engagement
- Your primary goal will be to generate high-quality leads that can be converted into customers
- You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and creative, to ensure the successful execution of marketing campaigns
- We are actively looking candidate who has solid experience from FMCG background
Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to generate leads and drive customer acquisition.
- Conduct market research to identify target audiences and customer needs and develop targeted marketing campaigns accordingly.
- Create and manage marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and events.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling and impactful marketing collateral, including website content, blog posts, videos, and info graphics.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns using relevant metrics and make data-driven decisions to optimize results.
- Manage and optimize the marketing budget to maximize ROI and achieve marketing goals.
- Build and maintain relationships with industry influencers, media outlets, and partners to enhance brand visibility and reach.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging marketing technologies to ensure the organization remains at the forefront of marketing innovation.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture.
- Coordinate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales objectives and ensure seamless lead handoff.
Requirements :
- Bachelors degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field. A masters degree is a plus.
- Proven work experience as a Marketing manager or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of marketing principles, techniques, and best practices.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns across various channels.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including email marketing software, marketing automation systems, and analytics tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and meet tight deadlines.
