Manager - Marketing (3-12 yrs)
Responsibilities:
- Enhancing brand awareness within the digital space as well as driving website traffic and acquiring leads/customers.
- The websites will be given to you must be optimized as per the latest standard of Google and Bing to attract the target audience on our websites.
- Handling all aspects of SEO (Search Engine Optimization- On Page and Off Page SEO), SMO (Social Media Optimization), should be able to work on, plan and execute SEO white-hat tactics.
- Candidate should be able to work on on-Page, Off-Page, articles, link building and blogs to attract more traffic to the desired website.
- Create social media platform plans based on marketing strategy. Develop, implement, and manage multiple social media platforms
- Work seamlessly with the sales & marketing team for helping with the promotions - both short term and longterm campaigns for Lead Generation.
- Must know - Remarketing, GTM, pixel setup, different bid strategy for Facebook n google, setting up goals in GA.
- Using various advanced tools for SEO research and analysis.
- Create Facebook Ad campaigns (from planning to campaign objective and budgeting, to ad formats) and Executing campaigns across a variety of platforms, including YouTube, Twitter and LINKED IN
- Creative social media platform content regarding the marketing plan
- Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of the company's social content
- Up-to-date with social media trends, SEO Updates and best practices
- Measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns
- Developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote a company and its products and/or services
Requirements:
- 3-8 years of relevant experience in Digital Marketing, preferably in the execution and management of digital creative and technology projects.
- Good Command and well versed with the use of Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Quora, YouTube, Pinterest, and other social platforms to drive traffic.
- Sound knowledge and experience of SEO/SEM /SMM/ORM
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or business and preferably Post Graduation in MBA - Marketing will be favored.
- Knowledge of online marketing channels.
- Relevant experience including e-marketing, social media, and analytics
- Knowledge of current online marketing trends and best practices.
- Proven track record of managing and executing campaigns using native platform tools such as Facebook Ads Manager/Google AdWords
- Fluency in English
- Strong analytical and project management skills
- Content Writing Skills
