Manager - Marketing (2-5 yrs)
Responsibilities:
- Organize events in schools, webinars, and seminars to promote educational programs. Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and lead generation, utilizing HubSpot for campaign management.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns on HubSpot, assessing them against goals and optimizing for better results.
- Work closely with the content team to create engaging marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and promotional videos.
- Manage social media platforms and monitor engagement metrics using HubSpot's tools.
- Collaborate with the sales team to generate qualified leads through HubSpot and support conversion rates.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing, HubSpot usage, and measurement.
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role.
- Demonstrable experience in organizing events and digital marketing campaigns, with hands-on experience in managing campaigns on HubSpot.
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, HubSpot, and CRM software.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
