Manager - Marketing (2-4 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Ensure that all marketing campaigns are carried out effectively on print, digital, online, and event platforms.
- To oversee and manage all cross-departmental reporting, use Excel and other tools.
- Collaborate with upper management and maintain consistent communication to deliberate weekly and monthly schedules.
- In order to turn insights into plans of action, research the market and keep up with emerging trends.
- Verify that the department is utilizing social media, emails, tracking, and other marketing tools to their fullest potential.
- Mentor and help with onboarding new employees in your department.
- Ensure that the brand is maintained throughout all collateral: Help the operational teams implement and disseminate brand guidelines and identifiers.
