- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives, encompassing brand positioning, lead generation, customer acquisition, and retention
- Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, performance management, and fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture
- Oversee the development and maintenance of the company's brand identity, ensuring consistency in messaging, visual identity, and customer experience across all marketing channels
- Develop and implement a content strategy that aligns with target audience needs and marketing goals, overseeing the creation of compelling and engaging content across various platforms
- Drive digital marketing efforts, including search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, email marketing, social media campaigns, and website optimization, to generate website traffic and high-quality leads
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute lead generation programs, leveraging various marketing channels and tactics to generate a steady flow of qualified leads
- Utilise data-driven insights to measure and analyze marketing campaign performance, website analytics, lead conversion rates, and customer behavior, providing actionable insights and recommendations for optimization
