The Job :
Your responsibilities will include:
- Being the in-house lead on digital platform for the Bird Automotive
- Ensuring brand content is regularly updated at the Bird Automotive dealerships & digital - platforms.
- Regularly updating on dealer website & data reporting
- Keeping dealer details updated on the digital platform.
- Nurturing the leads from various digital platforms like media, website & social media.
- Monitoring target of conversions of enquiries from digital source and ensure targets are achieved monthly basis.
- Working with digital agency/client on answering social media queries if raised any.
- Monitoring usage of digital media through analytic tools and plan for future course of action.
- Ensuring compliance with Brand Guidelines for ALL internal and external consumer-facing Stationery, Advertising, POS material, BTL events, displays, etc.
- Working closely with sales teams, finance, insurance teams, for conducting field events activations.
- Reviewing the targets and in alignment with sales, F&l teams and MINI India, plan for the events within approved budgets tor ensuring ROI based approach.
- Liaising within dealer with outside agencies for preparing and conducting field marketing events like vehicle display, road shows, test drive events, etc.
- Computing marketing activity bills, photographs, etc. for reimbursement.
- Coordinating with Finance team for timely payment to agencies/ vendors for the marketing events.
- Coordinating with MINI India for procurement of materials and giveaway items during events & deliveries.
- Supporting sales objectives of dealership by developing Marketing Activity Plan on monthly basis as per approval and discussion with MINI India.
Ideal Candidate
- You have at least 2 years experience ideally in Digital Marketing, Marketing Communications or Public Relations within Automobile industry.
- You have strong media relationships across this space and a proven track record of executing successful public relations campaigns.
- Experience within would be a strong advantage.
- You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments.
- You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard.
- You are a strong networker & relationship builder.
- You are willing to undertake 0-30% travel.
