Manager - Marketing (2-4 yrs)
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Ideate and develop social media strategy for campaigns
- Performance marketing and media planning
- Implementing and reporting the performance of social media campaigns
- Client relationship management with partner marketing teams
- Coordinating with the Creative, Design and Video teams to get the creatives, videos and content for the campaigns
- Design campaigns across Social, Web, Emailers, etc
- Building a Creative Media Plan by selecting the right channels, formats and placements for the campaign within the budget.
- The Marketing Manager will Liaison between HCPL and other service providers,stakeholders, etc
- Coordinates with Business to gather requirements, Design Documents, Business/ Data Flow Diagrams and other available artefacts.
- Provide data analysis and metric reporting of campaigns and website traffic
- Create, nurture and maintain an effective collaboration with our partners
- Manage and grow the HomeCapital Community
- Increase awareness of HomeCapital within alliance partners
- Organized approach with attention to details, problem solving and effective communication
& coordination with all stakeholders.

- Social Media platforms like Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest and likes, and Google
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or master's degree from a tier 1 / premier college only
- At least 2 years- work experience
- Experience in start-up/ marketing/strategy/ consulting with exposure and knowledge of Banks/NBFCs
- Advanced analytical skills with experience collecting, organizing, analyzing, and disseminating abundant information with accuracy
- The ability to write reports
- Exceptional verbal, written, and visual communication skills
