Manager - Marketing (2-11 yrs)
Job Purpose :
Plan, develop, execute and monitor all marketing, advertising, promotional activities in line with the marketing strategy and organizational objectives helping achieve the branch sales targets.
Job Responsibilities :
1. Develop marketing initiatives to expand customer base and to optimize sales (Primary focus on lead generation and database management)
2. Executing tie-ups, Promotional Activities and events in markets for primary lead generation
3. Undertaking promotional activities to ensure brand visibility and awareness in existing and new markets leading to lead generation and business outcomes
4. Manage Telemarketing and tele calling operations in-house as well as outsourced
5. Vendor Management, interfacing with creative and production agencies
6. Manage the marketing department budget for the branch
7. Designing and producing marketing collaterals where needed
8. Oversee corporate communications and other business development activities for the branch.
9. Candidate having good exposure in BTL activities( lead generation, RWA etc ) would be preferred
