Job Summary :
We are looking for an experienced and creative Marketing Manager to join our firm. The Marketing Manager will lead the development and execution of marketing strategies aimed at increasing brand visibility, driving client engagement, and promoting the company's services. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing, and campaign management, with the ability to manage multiple marketing channels and collaborate with internal teams.
Requirements :
- Masters/Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in marketing, sales, or related fields.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Willingness to travel as required for business purposes.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote services.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, trends, and client needs.
- Create and manage marketing campaigns across various platforms, including digital marketing, email campaigns, and social media.
- Collaborate with the sales team to support lead generation and conversion initiatives.
- Monitor the performance of marketing activities and adjust strategies based on insights and analytics.
- Prepare marketing materials such as presentations, brochures, and newsletters.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
- Salary : Minimum 15,000 per month, with potential for growth based on experience and performance.
