Job Summary:
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for crafting and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with Creditas Solutions' business objectives. This role requires a deep understanding of digital marketing, client engagement, and social media management, with a strong emphasis on B2B marketing within the financial services sector.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Marketing Planning:
- Develop and implement a robust marketing strategy that enhances brand visibility and supports business growth.
- Identify target market segments and create tailored marketing campaigns to engage potential clients in the financial services industry.
- Continuously monitor industry trends to keep Creditas Solutions at the forefront of innovation.
2. Digital Marketing:
- Lead and optimize digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, email campaigns, and PPC, to drive online presence and generate leads.
- Oversee the management and continuous improvement of the Creditas website, ensuring it reflects the brand's messaging and is SEO-optimized.
- Analyze digital marketing performance using analytics tools and adjust strategies based on data-driven insights.
3. Social Media Strategy:
- Develop and execute a dynamic social media strategy to strengthen Creditas Solutions' online presence across platforms like LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook.
- Create and curate engaging content that resonates with our target audience, driving brand awareness and engagement.
- Stay updated on social media trends and competitor activities to refine and adjust strategies as needed.
4. Client Engagement and Relationship Management:
- Design and implement strategies to enhance client engagement, building strong relationships with existing clients and attracting new ones.
- Collaborate with the sales team to create impactful marketing materials that support client acquisition and retention efforts.
- Maintain consistent and effective communication with clients through various channels, including newsletters, webinars, and personalized outreach.
5. Content Development and Management:
- Lead the creation of high-quality content, including whitepapers, case studies, blogs, and newsletters, to position Creditas Solutions as a thought leader in the fintech industry.
- Work with internal teams and external agencies to produce compelling marketing collateral that aligns with our brand messaging.
- Ensure consistency in the brand voice and messaging across all content and marketing materials.
6. Event Marketing and Management:
- Plan and execute Creditas Solutions' participation in industry events, webinars, and conferences to maximize brand exposure and generate leads.
- Develop and implement event marketing strategies to create impactful connections with key industry stakeholders.
7. Branding and Public Relations:
- Oversee the development and maintenance of Creditas Solutions' brand image, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels.
- Identify and pursue PR opportunities to increase Creditas' visibility in industry publications and media outlets.
8. Marketing Analytics and Reporting:
- Track, analyze, and report on the performance of all marketing activities, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Use data-driven insights to refine marketing strategies and ensure they align with business objectives.
Qualifications:
- Post-graduate degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is required. An MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with a strong focus on digital marketing, social media, and client engagement in the B2B fintech or financial services sector.
- Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, platforms, and best practices.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

- Experience in fintech or the financial services industry is highly desirable.
