Manager - Marketing (1-5 yrs)
- Manage the digital identity of the brand in conjunction with relevant agencies
- Manage social media handles
- Conceptualise & manage digital marketing strategies across e-commerce
- Bringing traffic to the site, meeting ROI goals and strategizing about campaigns
- Paid search campaigns, social media, email, affiliate programs, blogs, collaborations influencer marketing and programmatic strategies to build online brand awareness and earn customers
- Proactively generate new content for the brand to engage audience
- Oversees content creation, SEO, SEM, Manage Google Analytics, AdWords and other core tasks often performed by other members of the marketing department or a third party agency.
- Manage PR & blogger communication
- Important to note that the digital marketing manager must coordinate with the web developer and operations manager to ensure that marketing strategies such as loyalty programs, discounts and rewards are seamlessly implemented into the site and user experience.
- Managing customer queries & complaints via social media
- Working with founder for product development & new launches for domestic & international markets (North America & Europe) based on research, competitive brands and customer needs.
