Manager - Market Sales - Insurance (2-7 yrs)
A sales manager's developing and executing sales strategies, leading a sales team, setting sales targets.
Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
- Minimum 1 year of field sales experience.
- Proficient in negotiation and problem-solving.
- Own a bike and have a valid driver's license.
Responsibility:
- Creating and implementing comprehensive sales plans aligned with company objectives.
- Identifying target markets and customer segments.
- Analyzing market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
- Developing sales forecasts and quotas.
- Recruiting, hiring, and onboarding new sales representatives.
- Providing ongoing training and development for the sales team.

- Motivating and coaching the sales team to achieve targets.
- Managing the sales pipeline and ensuring timely follow-up.
- Analyzing sales data to identify strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement.
