Manager - Market Research - FMCG (2-7 yrs)
Job Description :
1. Managing Syndicated data sources - retail panel, household data. Providing reports and analysis based on this data. Developing market understanding and prioritization of markets, geographies based on sales trend.
2. Workwith the brand teams to leverage insights & research to answer key business queries - involves qualitative & quantitative research
3. Work with external research agencies & managing them to plan and execute ad hoc researches as per agreed plans and budgets
4. Effective business partnering with the local Marketing team - in particular, the Brand Managers and Category Managers.
5. Externally, key contacts are with Research Suppliers and Global peers in insights and research
Desired Candidate Profile
1. Candidate must have good communication skills.
2. Should have experience in Quantitative Research.
3. Candidates with understanding of Secondary data is a must.
4. Age should not be more than 32 Years
5. Should be ready to relocate to Mumbai.
6. Must have Experience of Market Research.
7. Experience with Research company is mandatory.
8. Proficient in Microsoft excel
9. Proficient in preparing presentations as per business requirements
10. Knowledge of preparing reports and Dashboards.
11. Must have experience in new launches/ adhoc research/ ad testing/product test.
12. Ability to use either retail panel or household panel data is a must. Comfortable working with numbers and unearthing trends based on data.
13. Would be preferred if has exposure to - U&A, brand tracking, segmentation
14. Ability to interact with senior stake holders in the system.
15. Ready to travel for research as per requirements
16. Agency experience is mandatory.
