Manager - Market Access - Therapeutic Segments (3-5 yrs)
Job Title: Manager - Market Access
Job Description: - Provides strategic and financial insights to the Lead - Strategic Accounts Excellence head along with developing divisional presentations for internal and external stakeholders as and when required.
- Analyze existing portfolio along with the existing business scenario to develop access programs across therapeutic segments in coordination with other Therapeutic teams. Role has end-to-end responsibility towards access programs in the form of creating material, presentations, engaging, execution etc.
- Identify potential new products for the market which can help increase business revenue for the BU. Involves market research activities and developing business plans. Work with Business development teams and assist them in targeting suitable companies/products
- Central point of coordination with the field team with respect to product information, monitoring, performance tracking, sales analysis etc. Regularly develop new tools/formats to gain insights from field. Develop inputs as and when required to meet division needs
- Work in coordination with other support functions such as Distribution, Finance, Legal, Compliance etc. as per requirement of BU
Key Skills: Manager, Market Access is responsible for supporting Sales team for devising and implementing divisional strategy, analyzing financials, providing insights. The role requires understanding of products across all therapies. It also involves envisaging access programs across therapeutic segments which can help complement existing strengths. It requires engagement with stakeholders such as doctors, government officials, administrators etc. In addition, the role also assists in identifying and assessing new products which could be launched into the market.
