The Job
Your responsibilities will include :
- Real Estate Sales and Transaction Management
- Handling clients for key residential projects2.
- Attending meetings and business interactions with prospective clients
- Maintaining the quality of services and experience as expected from the brand, and closing transactions with clear understanding of the market
- Conducting closing meeting with prospects to close the sales
- Promoting new launches and driving sales goals in order to achieve broader business targets
- Understanding and sharing market insights and buyer preferences to help achieve velocity and volumes. Relationship Management
- Handling customer queries for better customer relationships
- Identifying prospective clients and generating referral business from the existing customers to achieve business goals
- Interacting with the client and channel partners on a regular basis addressing their requirements and resolving issues if any
- Identifying and networking with financially strong and reliable adviser and alternate channel networks
- Driving sales through various dealer networks. Activations Managemen
- Organizing various promotional activities with the Marketing Team to generate new leads
- Active participation in launching of various projects and driving sales numbers
- Conducting and participating in local exhibitions and initiatives for promoting the portfolio
- Proper coordination and collaboration with colleagues and the other departments
- Managing GREs to ensure correct data inputs and timely reporting of visits and booking data.
Ideal Candidate
2 - 6 years of experience in Real Estate /Financial Products
Education: Graduate in Humanities / Communication / Science / Technology / BBA / MBA / Commerce from Tier 1 Institutions.
Luxury Sales Experience is a Must.
