Manager - Luxury Sales (3-5 yrs)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Leadership:

- Lead the sales efforts for luxury villas, with a focus on high-net-worth individuals (HNIs) and ultra-HNIs.

- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

- Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals, including presentations, negotiations, and after-sales services.

2. Client Relationship Management:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a seamless and premium experience.

- Understand client needs and preferences to provide tailored real estate solutions.

- Offer expert advice on property investment, market trends, and legal documentation.

3. Team Leadership:

- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales professionals, providing direction and support to help them achieve individual and team goals.

- Conduct regular sales training and performance reviews for the team.

4. Market Strategy and Intelligence:

- Stay updated with the luxury real estate market trends, pricing, and competitor activity.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales campaigns and strategies.

- Assist in identifying new business opportunities, including partnerships and collaborations.

5. Sales Operations and Reporting:

- Oversee sales operations, ensuring accurate documentation, timely processing of transactions, and adherence to legal and regulatory requirements.

- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.

- Utilize CRM software to track and manage leads, client interactions, and sales activities.

6. Luxury Client Experience:

- Ensure that the client experience aligns with the luxury positioning of the company, from property tours to after-sales support.

- Organize and attend client events, property exhibitions, and exclusive viewings to drive engagement.

7. Collaboration with Other Departments:

- Work closely with the design, marketing, and legal teams to provide clients with comprehensive solutions.

- Coordinate with property development teams to ensure timely delivery and superior quality.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (MBA is a plus).

- 5 years in luxury sales

- Candidate interested in Real Estate

- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple high-profile clients simultaneously.

- Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office.
