Manager - Learning & Development - Sales & Product Training Vertical - BFSI (3-5 yrs)
Job Description :
We are seeking a dynamic and passionate person to join our Learning & Development team. The role incumbent has the responsibility for supporting the Learning & Development function in terms of design, development and deployment of the various learning and development interventions and talent programs for the organization.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Execution of the Learning and Development strategy with an objective of building a competent and a capable Learning organization as per the overall business strategy.
2. Conducting the Training Needs Identification (TNI) exercise and Seminars for all Peers. Connecting with internal stakeholders for understanding the T&D requirements.
3 Prepare the annual training calendar in line with the business objectives and ensure roll out of the training programs as per the plan.
4 Measure training feedback & effectiveness; analyze various L & D parameters and aspects. Maintain the training budgets, MIS, and reports.
5 Execution of the On-boarding program to help nurture and further groom and develop the new Talent in the organization.
6 Work closely with the CAG and HR team in execution of the managerial and leadership development programs and monitor training delivery in the HO and across Bondbazaar locations.
Basic Qualification : Masters/Management Degree (HRM, training and development, psychology, OB). Understanding of Financial Products (preferred)
Advanced Qualification /Certification/Specialist Training : ISTD, ASTD, OD Certifications, Assessment tools certifications (DiSC, MBI, FIRO-B, Hogan, Saville, Thomas profiling, Predictive Index), Competency mapping.
Experience Required : 3-5 Years
Relevant Experience - BFSI (Preferred).
Key External Interaction - Channel Partners, Strategic Alliances, Campus Management, Vendor Partners
