Manager/Lead - Sales - Real Estate (3-6 yrs)
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Sales Lead / Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years hands on exp in working in Commercial space sales, design studios, furniture houses, OEMs. The role requires a strong ability to generate leads through networking, manage client relationships, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver outstanding project outcomes.
Education and Experience:
- Post Graduate/Graduate or Diploma in Interior Design/Architecture
- MBA from reputed Business School
- 3-5 years hands on exp in working in Commercial space sales, design studios, furniture houses, OEMs
- Proven track record of successfully managing client accounts and generating sales leads.
- Strong networking and lead generation skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously with strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Professional demeanor with a client-focused approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets and business objectives.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Lead Generation and Sales:
- Develop and implement strategies to generate leads and drive sales in the commercial interior and hospitality sectors.
- Utilize networking opportunities, industry events, and market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects and convert them into long-term clients.
Client Relationship Management:
- Conduct and manage client meetings, presenting our services and solutions with confidence and professionalism.
- Understand client needs and preferences to tailor solutions that align with their requirements and budget.
- Provide ongoing support and communication throughout the sales process, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
Account Management:
- Oversee and manage key accounts, acting as the primary point of contact for all client-related inquiries and issues.
- Develop and execute account strategies to strengthen client relationships and ensure repeat business.
- Monitor and report on account performance, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
Coordination and Project Management:
- Coordinate with commercial teams, including design and project management, to ensure seamless execution of client projects.
- Provide regular project updates to clients, addressing any concerns and ensuring that project milestones are met.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align project goals, timelines, and deliverables.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to senior management.
- Analyze sales performance metrics and adjust strategies to achieve targets and optimize results.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and market developments.
