What You will do Everyday?
This team works closely with merchant on-boarding, performance marketing, content & social media, product (app + web) and cat ops teams.
1. Working with content, social media & performance marketing teams to drive traffic to Shop on LBB
2. Sales Events planning, weekly & monthly Visual Merchandising updates on home pages and L1/L2 pages
3. Marketing initiatives and execution for Shop on LBB
4. Merchant on-boarding & management for sellers on LBB
5. Tracking MOM growth in orders, GMV and conversion through VM + sale events
6. Planning and executing
Your Superpowers
1. 5+ years of experience
2. Acute interest in all things consumers and consumer brands
3. Understanding and operational capabilities with respect to xcl, data dashboards
4. Should be able to work in a dynamic environment
5. Should be up to date with popular trends
