Position Overview :

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales/Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and business development within the recruitment industry, with a proven track record of client acquisition and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Client Acquisition : Identify and target potential clients in the recruitment and staffing industry. Develop and execute strategies to attract new business opportunities.

2. Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. Understand their hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.

3. Sales Strategy : Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

4. Lead Generation : Generate and qualify leads through various channels including networking, cold calling, and digital marketing.

5. Proposal Development : Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals and presentations to potential clients.

6. Contract Negotiation : Negotiate terms of business with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.

Qualifications :

Experience : Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and business development within the recruitment or staffing industry.

Education : Any.

Skills :

- Strong understanding of the recruitment and staffing industry.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proven ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies.

- Strong negotiation and contract management skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Proficiency in CRM software and G-Suite.
