Manager - Lead Generation - Pharma (1-3 yrs)
Key Responsibilities :
- Developing new client relationships with new firms
- Generating Quality Leads for the business development
- Generating quality leads & developing new client relationships for business development all over the world with major focus on Europe & US.
- Identifying potential markets, conducting market survey, price & competition analysis
Desired Candidate Profile :
- A territory and BD partner will be assigned to the employee once he/she joins
- He/she will work with Start Marketing to screen firms on a regular basis in his territory
- He/she will also partner with the BD assigned to ID new firms in his territory
- A subset of the screened firms will be assigned to the employee who will be tasked to advance these firms to a F2F meeting, to an RFP, and then partnering with the BD to potential closure
- The employee will be responsible for cold calling, emailing, and other methods to reach out and connect and build a relationship with the client
- The employee will identify potential needs at the firm and provide potential solutions
- Once a clear interest is identified the employee will bring the BD in, and work with the BD to drive the account to an opportunity, and the closure
- MBA from Tier 1 / Tier 2 B School, preferably with Science background
- Must have extremely excellent communication skills, good emotional intelligence & tech savvy
