Manager - Lead Generation/Business Development/Inside Sales - eCommerce (0-3 yrs)
Job Description :
- Generation of new sales leads through web search in open databases, publications, and e- mail/telephone contact to identify potential customers.
- Collect Source for Specified Services through Web research on various search engines and some Business Directories like Hoovers, Lead 411, Jigsaw, IProfile, DiscoverOrg, Forbes, Bloomberg, Factiva and some Professional networking sites like Linkedin.
- Establishing and maintaining initial level discussion with the prospective clients over the call and pass on the lead to the CEO
- Strong communication skills and the ability to ask questions and listen are the keys to success in this role.
Responsibilities :
- Enrich leads by finding information about the person and the company who has signed up for the product
- Assign the leads to the respective Sales Head according to category (start-up, SMB, Enterprise) and region
- Track daily sign-ups and demo requests and ensure they are all treated within 24 hours
- Assisting in researching new leads and industry segments to target
- Creating weekly reports
- Set appointments for sales team when a lead reaches a qualified stage
Skills :
- Naturally curious and analytical mind
- Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets / Similar
- Self-motivated
- Desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with research tools and methods
- Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, coupled with excellent listening skills and a positive and energetic phone presence
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
