Manager - Lead Generation - BFSI (1-5 yrs)
As a Lead Generation Manager, you will spearhead efforts to drive quality leads into the sales pipeline. Your role involves creating strategies to optimize prospecting, developing a high-performing team, and ensuring the sales team has a steady flow of opportunities to close deals.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design and implement effective lead-generation strategies across multiple channels.
- Oversee a team of executives to ensure lead quality and volume meet sales targets.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align strategies and objectives.
- Track, analyze, and report on lead generation performance and metrics.
- Continuously improve prospecting tools, techniques, and workflows.
Key Qualifications :
- 1-2+ years of experience in lead generation, sales, or marketing.
- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or related fields.
- Excellent communication and data-driven decision-making skills.
Compensation :
- CTC: - 3.500 to - 4.00 LPA
