1. Good knowledge in managing sales team
2. Planning for monthly real estate sales targets and monitoring and driving team to achieve the targets
3. Sharing sales plans and sales insights to Directors
4. Crafting different sales strategies to ensure sales
5. Doing digital, social media and others forms of marketing campaigns to enable sales.
6. Doing cold calls and talking to customers to present, pitch and create interest to purchase real estate inventory
7. Sharing weekly, monthly and quarterly sales report to management
8. Recruiting a strong sales team
9. Measuring the performance of team and providing feedback and trainings to ensure team picks up speed and delivers closures
10. Maintaining internal customer database by picking from various sources, analyzing them and pitching the perfect project to ensure closure
11. Motivating team to meet targets
