Manager - Key Accounts/Sales - Telecom (1-3 yrs)
Designation : Account Manager - Sales
Job Description :
- Build a strong relationship with Mid-market customers & new prospects and sell Airtel products & services.
- Regular coordination & connection with potential customers on a regular basis and provide product information & product updates to key decision-makers of the customers.
- Immediate response to the customer on queries & complaints & ensure redressal
- Daily & timely reporting on customer visits, status on leads, and potential business to respective managers.
- Update final sheet as per guidelines & formats.
- Attend training programs & study the reading material thoroughly to be updated to the latest technologies & features of the products.
Requirements :
- Qualifications required: Graduation
- Minimum Experience Required: 2 Years
- Well versed in selling products & manage customers queries/relationships in B2B Business
- Possess excellent Presentation & communication skills, Negotiation Skills & coordination Skills
- Self-motivated, sincere & committed to deliver the results
- Age: Max 35years
