- New client acquisition, (Domestic client development).
- Maintaining client relationship with old and new clients.
- Data mining from various online directories and social media & Develop business by networking, cold calling, advertising and other means.
- Implement strategies to offer our services and develop business with clients.
- Identify client needs, concerns and objectives.
- Getting Recruitment orders from new and old clients and sharing the J.D to recruiters.
- Represent the company, Branding and Promotional activities.
- Hands-on experience in working on various software tools like MS Word, Excel
- Can be presentable, having negotiation skills.
- Coordinating with Internal recruitment team & Sub vendors for Closing the deals in Timely and efficient manner.
