Manager - Key Accounts - Recruitment Firm (1-3 yrs)
Engage with tech talent acquisition leaders across talent hubs in India.
- Help develop and execute a territory business plan.
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers by being a trusted adviser to them.
- Drive business development & lead communication with all potential customers through the entire business cycle.
- Exceed monthly targets and all activities of revenue generation.
- Manage and track your account funnel, with multiple simultaneous opportunities.
- Share your learning with the team & mentor newer sales team members.
- Be part of a winning team culture.
What you- ll need:
- Confidence to reach out to product companies, tech Start-up and & win new business.
- You are a relentlessly driven, self-motivated and goal-oriented individual who is passionate about making a career in sales.
- 1-4 years of experience in field sales, business development or key account management.
- You are resilient, mentally tough and - bulletproof.-
- You enjoy success most when you've had to overcome obstacles to achieve it.

- You demonstrate your desire to master your craft early and often.
