Manager - Key Accounts Management - Hot Delivery Bags (5-13 yrs)
- Manage a portfolio of Hot Delivery Bags most strategically important restaurant groups, including global restaurant brands
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders in your portfolio
- Manipulate and analyse data to drive growth and profitability
- Work cross functionally with other departments (Operations, Accounts, Customer Service) to drive new initiatives and problem solve
- Keep a close tab on the product, logistics (domestic and international) and services cost and ensure it matches internal metrics.
- Attend to customer issues related to products and services and resolve any issues and problems of your accounts and act as a link between your customer and the internal teams. -
- Acquire a deep understanding of your customer needs and requirements. -
- Preparing volume forecast and plans and work with the operations team to ensure delivery timelines are met.
- Maintain a healthy relationship and look for new opportunities to serve key accounts better.
- Propose and execute turnkey projects based on customer requirement for products, solutions, and services by collaborating with other members and external partners.
- Channelize the Social media Content, Photoshoots, Instagrams and Facebook pages
