Manager - Key Accounts Management/Corporate Sales - Health Insurance (1-3 yrs)
Objective : As a Corporate Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base within the corporate sector. Your primary responsibility will be to drive sales, build strong relationships with key decision-makers, and contribute to the growth of our Health Insurance business.
Job Description
Business Development:
- Identify and target potential corporate clients within the health insurance domain.
- Develop a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets.
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, and market research.
Client Acquisition and Relationship Management :
- Open doors with corporate by establishing initial contact.
- Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to showcase our TPA services.
- Understand client needs and propose customized solutions.
- Maintain regular communication with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
Sales Process Execution :
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to deal closure.
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts.
- Collaborate with internal teams (operations, underwriting, and claims) to ensure seamless service delivery.
Market Intelligence :
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes.
- Provide insights to enhance our product portfolio and competitive positioning.
Requirements:
Education : A bachelor's degree
Experience :1 to 3 Years Max
