Manager - Key Accounts - IT (2-5 yrs)
- Responsible to deliver top-line & bottom-line quotas month on month
- Drive client engagement by regular meetings and calls/demo's
- Develop a thorough understanding of each and every account including POC's in different departments, business verticals, locations
- Grow business in each and every account by increasing the share of wallet in the services offered, currently and adding new business lines/locations to increase business multifold
- Work with cross-functional teams in the organization to achieve the above
- Identify cross/up-sell opportunities by developing a deep understanding of the client business and engagement with the organization.
- Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders
