Manager - Key Accounts - Education (3-6 yrs)
Urgent requirement for the post of Key Account Manager in reputed firm.
Location : Mumbai
Experience : 3-6yrs
Responsibilities :
- Business Development responsible for growing sales on Learning Solutions and contents Development.
- Drive sales in accounts to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Demonstrate ability to develop strong consultative client relationships with Learning Heads, BU Heads, IT Director / CIO levels.
- Own and Drive Booking and Revenue and Margins for PAN India and International Market
- Create & Manage Database of prospects and leads, establish connects
- Accelerate customer adoption through education and engagement.
- Run the Sales campaigns in all T1 and T2 Cities
- Develop and execute according to a strategic plan that leads to the creation and maintenance of a robust sales pipeline including opportunities in existing accounts as well as driving net new business in untapped customers and geography.
- Analyze sales/metrics data from your accounts to help evolve your strategy.
- A strong business management background including strengths across technology consulting, sales, business development
- Driving net new business in untapped customers and geographies.
- Develop long-term strategic relationships with key accounts.
- Conduct training needs assessments with customers.
- Assist customer in identifying use cases for priority adoption of Emerging Technologies as well as best practices implementations.
- Evangelize SATV and Certification at Customers.
- Develop detailed training proposals and plans to accelerate the adoption of Emerging technologies
- Maintain a strong relationship with customers to ensure flawless execution of training plans.
- Provide accurate forecasting and pipeline updates.
- Prepare and deliver business reviews to senior management.
- Create & articulate compelling value propositions around Synergetics Learning Services.
- Analyze sales/metrics data from your accounts to help evolve your strategy.
- When appropriate, work with partners to manage joint selling opportunities.
- Execution of effective Sales Campaigns
