Manager - IT Sales - BFSI Domain (5-12 yrs)
- Be the one-point contact with client to deepen relationship.
- Create and nurture long-term relationships with clients.
- Resolve client issues. Look for potential opportunities for business.
- Safeguard existing revenue.
- Generate additional revenue.
- Build strong and long term relationships with key employees at client site
- Address clients- business needs
- Advise client on key issues
- Schedule regular meetings with client to understand their issues and ensure resolution
- Act as point of contact for complaints and escalate issues as appropriate

- Help sales team up-sell or cross-sell services and products
